Με περισσότερα από 20 χρόνια συνδυασμένης εμπειρίας στην έρευνα και την εκπαίδευση, το RESET επενδύει στη δημιουργία, την εξέλιξη και την επανάσταση κοινωνικών εννοιών, συστημάτων και πρακτικών που δίνουν προτεραιότητα στην ανθρωπότητα και ανταποκρίνονται στις πιο απαιτητικές κοινωνικές προκλήσεις της εποχής μας. Ο οργανισμός μας εστιάζει στην επιτάχυνση της γνώσης ώστε να ενισχύσει τη θετική τοπική, εθνική, περιφερειακή και παγκόσμια αλλαγή.
Ο σκοπός του RESET είναι να προωθήσει έναν δίκαιο και μη βίαιο κόσμο μέσω της εκπαίδευσης, του διαλόγου αποκατάστασης, της ανάπτυξης δεξιοτήτων μεταξύ των επαγγελματιών και των ευάλωτων ομάδων και της εποικοδομητικής δράσης. Το RESET εργάζεται σε στενή συνεργασία με κυβερνητικές υπηρεσίες, τοπικούς δήμους, ΜΚΟ, εμπορικούς φορείς και εκπαιδευτικά ιδρύματα προκειμένου να αντιμετωπίσει τις προκλήσεις της αγοράς, τις κοινωνικές, οικονομικές και πολιτιστικές προκλήσεις.
Η πεποίθηση του RESET είναι ότι οι τρεις πυλώνες της δουλειάς μας, Έρευνα, Εκπαίδευση και Μετασχηματιστικός Διάλογος μπορούν να οδηγήσουν σε δημιουργικές λύσεις που επηρεάζουν σημαντικές αλλαγές στον κοινωνικό ιστό κάθε κοινωνίας.
Η ομάδα του RESET αποτελείται από έμπειρους, πλήρως εξοπλισμένους ερευνητές, συντονιστές διαλόγου, εκπαιδευτές, εκπαιδευτικούς, διαχειριστές έργων, προγραμματιστές ιστοσελίδων και γραφίστες. Οι τομείς εξειδίκευσης είναι στους τομείς των πρωτοβουλιών της κοινότητας και των νέων, της εκπαίδευσης/ηλεκτρονικής μάθησης, της κοινωνικής ένταξης, του μετασχηματιστικού διαλόγου και της δημιουργικής ενδυνάμωσης.
Το RESET διαθέτει επίσης ιδιαίτερη τεχνογνωσία σε δραστηριότητες υλοποίησης και εκπαίδευσης με δυνατότητα διενέργειας εκθέσεων εφαρμογής της ΕΕ, κατευθυντήριων γραμμών εφαρμογής, διευκόλυνσης διαλόγου μεταξύ πολλών ενδιαφερομένων, καθώς και δημιουργίας δεικτών απόδοσης για επιτυχημένες και αποτελεσματικές εκπαιδευτικές δραστηριότητες.
Το RESET έχει βραβευτεί ως ένας από τους δύο οργανισμούς που είναι υπεύθυνοι για το συντονισμό και την υλοποίηση του YoungCities, ενός προγράμματος που χρηματοδοτείται από το Συμβούλιο Νεολαίας Κύπρου, με στόχο να ενδυναμώσει τους νέους να κάνουν θετικές και ενεργές αλλαγές στις κοινότητές τους. Το RESET ήταν κυρίως υπεύθυνο για το σχεδιασμό και την παράδοση ενός εκπαιδευτικού προγράμματος δέκα εβδομάδων που προώθησε την εκπαίδευση προς την κοινοτική αλλαγή μεταξύ των νέων χρησιμοποιώντας καινοτόμα εργαλεία και προσεγγίσεις μάθησης.
Οι εκπαιδευτές μας είναι επίσης μέρος των εκπαιδευτών του Κυπριακού Συμβουλίου Νεολαίας που συνεργάζονται στενά με τους νέους σε διάφορες πτυχές όπως η κοινωνική επανένταξη, η ενδυνάμωση, η ενεργός συμμετοχή στα κοινά, η επίλυση συγκρούσεων και η πρόληψη της ριζοσπαστικοποίησης. Επιπλέον, οι εκπαιδευτές μας έχουν επίσης λάβει εκπαίδευση σε διεθνές επίπεδο από το Ινστιτούτο Ειρήνης των Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών σχετικά με «Εισαγωγή στην οικοδόμηση της ειρήνης» και «Μέσα και τέχνη για την ειρήνη», η οποία είναι η γνώση που εφαρμόζουν πλήρως στην επίλυση συγκρούσεων που σχετίζονται με τη νεολαία και την πρόληψη της ριζοσπαστικοποίησης δουλειά.

Όραμα του Δημοτικού Σχολείου Τριμίκλινης είναι η δημιουργία ενός ανθρώπινου, δημοκρατικού σχολείου στο οποίο θα προάγεται η μάθηση και θα καλλιεργούνται ενταγμένες προσωπικότητες και δημοκρατικοί πολίτες που θα σέβονται και θα προστατεύουν την Πατρίδα, τον Συνάνθρωπο και το Περιβάλλον. Για το σκοπό αυτό συμμετέχουν σε διάφορες δραστηριότητες και προγράμματα. Συγκεκριμένα, υπάρχει ενεργή συμμετοχή σε προγράμματα όπως Οικολογικά Σχολεία, Υιοθετήστε ένα πλοίο, Φύλλο, Κίνηση, Ανακύκλωση υλικών, Προγράμματα Εθελοντισμού, Let's do it Cyprus, Εθνικές και πολιτιστικές εκδηλώσεις και δραστηριότητες της περιοχής κ.λπ. Το χωριό Πελένδρι έχει μια κοινότητα περίπου 1000 κατοίκων. Το σχολείο λειτουργεί σε ολοήμερη βάση και το νηπιαγωγείο του σχολείου παρέχει υπηρεσίες διδασκαλίας σε παιδιά 3-6 ετών. Το Σχολείο πραγματοποιεί μια πληθώρα δραστηριοτήτων που σχετίζονται με την ενίσχυση του υγιεινού τρόπου ζωής, την προώθηση της ποδηλασίας, την εκπαίδευση για την ιστορική κληρονομιά και τον χρηματοοικονομικό γραμματισμό.

<h3>Βιογραφία</h3>
Οι FoEM δραστηριοποιούνται στον περιβαλλοντικό τομέα στη Μάλτα από το 1985. Αρχικά δημιουργήθηκε με το όνομα Żgħażagħ Għall-Ambjent (Youths for the Environment), η οργάνωση αργότερα έγινε ευρέως γνωστή ως Moviment Għall - Ambjent (Κίνημα για το Περιβάλλον). Οι FoEM ιδρύθηκαν με σκοπό να ενοποιήσουν διάφορες ομάδες νέων και περιβαλλοντικών ομάδων στη χώρα, οι οποίες γρήγορα εξελίχθηκε σε μια επιτροπή ακτιβιστών. Το 1991, η ομάδα εντάχθηκε στο διεθνές δίκτυο των Φίλων της Γης. Το Friends of the Earth International περιλαμβάνει ομάδες από 75 χώρες και 6 ηπείρους, καθιστώντας το το μεγαλύτερο περιβαλλοντικό δίκτυο βάσης στον κόσμο. ० Από το 2008 το FoEM έχει εγγραφεί στον Επίτροπο για τις Εθελοντικές Οργανώσεις σύμφωνα με τον Νόμο για τις Εθελοντικές Οργανώσεις (αρ. εγγραφής Νο. VO/0091) Οι FoEM οργανώνουν εκστρατείες για μερικά από τα πιο πιεστικά περιβαλλοντικά και κοινωνικά ζητήματα του σήμερα, προσελκύοντας απευθείας το κοινό μέσω ενός ευρέος φάσματος ποικίλων έργων και δραστηριοτήτων. Οι FoEM δημιουργούν και συμμετέχουν σε ζωντανές εκστρατείες, ευαισθητοποιεί σχετικά με ορισμένα σχετικά εθνικά και διεθνή ζητήματα και κινητοποιεί τους ανθρώπους να συμμετέχουν στις διαδικασίες λήψης αποφάσεων. Οι FoEM προσπαθούν να παρέχουν δημιουργικές λύσεις που βασίζονται σε έγκυρες γνώσεις και πληροφορίες, ειδικά μέσω της προώθησης εναλλακτικών λύσεων σε ορισμένες περιβαλλοντικές συμπεριφορές. Τηρώντας τις ακτιβιστικές μας ρίζες, οι FoEM ασκούν συνεχώς πιέσεις, κινητοποιούν και επηρεάζουν την πολιτική κοινότητα προς μια πιο δίκαιη και βιώσιμη κοινωνία. Οι FoEM διαθέτουν ποικίλες εκπαιδευτικές μεθόδους για να προσεγγίσουν νέους και ενήλικες, εστιάζοντας ιδιαίτερα σε περιθωριοποιημένες ομάδες, δίνοντάς τους τη δυνατότητα να συνεργαστούν για ένα πιο βιώσιμο μέλλον. Το έργο του FoEM ενημερώνει την εθνική πολιτική για πάνω από τρεις δεκαετίες. Επί του παρόντος, οι εκστρατείες επικεντρώνονται στη Γεωργία Τροφίμων και τη Βιοποικιλότητα, την Κλιματική Αλλαγή, τη Χρήση των Πόρων και τον Ακτιβισμό και τη Δημοκρατική Συμμετοχή. Οι FoEM ήταν μέρος του προγράμματος School of Sustainability που αναγνωρίστηκε από το Global Education Network Europe (GENE) ως ένα από τα 20 πιο εξαιρετικά έργα για ένταξη. Ο οργανισμός έχει πέντε αμειβόμενους υπαλλήλους πλήρους απασχόλησης και έναν υπάλληλο μερικής απασχόλησης και αφοσιωμένους εθελοντές που βοηθούν σε όλες τις δραστηριότητες. Το αμειβόμενο και μη αμειβόμενο προσωπικό αποτελούν τον πυρήνα της καθημερινής λειτουργίας και υλοποίησης δραστηριοτήτων του οργανισμού. Οι FoEM έχουν περίπου 15 δεσμευμένους μακροχρόνιους εθελοντές και εθελοντές μικρότερης διάρκειας που συμμετέχουν σε συγκεκριμένους τομείς.
